Firstly, we are excited to be looked at for this campaign! SCJ Raid is an iconic brand and has an animated legacy as memorable as Hostess, Kool-Aid or a number of cereal brands that come to mind. We'd be happy to share our ideas with you.
Initial Thoughts
Raid has a compelling story line, diverse cast of characters, and familiar setting built in. The world of humans and their fight against pests is personal for many consumers. If animation is the direction - that struggle, those stories and Raid as a solution can be dynamic and stylish. A fresh brand that can stay hip and interesting. HaTke's name sake is "think differently" and we embrace the best and brightest designers and storytellers we know - and we promise to create a vision for Raid that is contemporary, fresh and has legs to lead you well into the next decade and remain in their viewers minds far beyond that!
We will develop a style that moves beyond cel animation and is more sophisticated, character driven, never before seen design - utilizing new technologies that create sequential imagery that is hard to say if it is 3D/2D or some sort of never seen before hybrid.
We have thrown up a few styles (on the left) we find interesting points for conversation.
